UWF August Collection
During the month of August, our United Women in Faith (UWF) Mission Collection supports GraceInside, Virginia’s Prison Chaplain Service, specifically serving women at the Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women. By picking up a list on The Giving Tree, you are sharing God’s mercy and grace through this important ministry. Please return by Sunday August 30, 2026. Due to strict facility regulations, all items must match the required specifications exactly. No substitutes or travel sizes can be accepted. Here’s the list:
Hygiene Kits
Please assemble the following items inside a one-gallon ziplock bag:
Toothbrush: 1 individually wrapped toothbrush (must be in original packaging; battery-operated toothbrushes are NOT permitted)
Toothpaste: 1 tube, 6 oz. (must be in original packaging)
Deodorant: 1 solid stick, 2.6 oz. (as close to 2.6 oz. as possible, strictly non-larger; no sprays or roll-ons)
Shampoo: 1 bottle, 8–18oz. (aim as close to 15 oz. as possible)
