March 17th Worship: ” Go, Serve Like Saint Patrick”
This week, people all over the world will celebrate the feast of Saint Patrick. While Saint Patrick lived hundreds of years after Jesus and is not included in the Scriptures, today we recognize that the biblical truth of Christ was so poignant and powerful that it transformed Saint Patrick, who then transformed all of Ireland, a lasting influence on the religion, culture, and joy of an entire nation. It is proof that faith lived out in service can truly change this world for the better. This Sunday, at 9:30 or 11:00 am, come discover a Saint Patrick few know: a man who was captured, enslaved, suffered, set free, and chose to love and serve a people not his own. Perhaps he can teach us how to do likewise
