December 2nd Worship: Go: Serve God Like Mary
This year our season of Advent will focus on those who heeded the call of God to go and serve the Lord in doing so. We begin with Mary, a young woman in her teenage years, who was called to be a vessel of the Holy Spirit and give birth to the Lord. Rather than refuse or flee, Mary proclaimed her faith in God, and willingness to go where she was sent. She became of the mother of Jesus, and a model for faith in the midst of uncertainty. This Sunday at 9:30 or 11:00 am, come sing the song of our faith, prepare for the birth of the Lord, and discover the richness of Mary’s legacy!
