Beyond the Pulpit 1.25.26

I will miss seeing you in person today. Much of this past week has been spent preparing for the anticipated winter storm, and I know many of you have been doing the same. Although we will not be gathering at church this morning, and the facility will be closed on Monday, you may still worship from home by connecting to our pre-recorded service which will be available at 9:00 a.m. today on Facebook and YouTube. You may also choose to worship by taking some quiet moments to simply watch the snow fall and experience God’s presence through nature. In whatever way you worship, I hope you will pause to encounter God’s peace and presence today.

In the days ahead, I also encourage you to consider how you might “pass the peace” to someone in our community. Think of a neighbor, friend, or church member who may need assistance, encouragement, or simply a word of hope—and extend to them the love of Christ.
