Worship

Music Ministry celebrates the Word of God through music while providing a place for the choir and praise band members to grow spiritually, lead the congregation in worship, and give individuals the opportunity to share their unique gifts and talents. We invite anyone with the love of God and music to be a part of our ministry. Our Praise Band rehearses every Wednesday night at 7:00pm while the Chancel Choir rehearses every Thursday night at 7:00pm. Please come and be part of our music family! Our volunteers make Sunday Worship possible, but they can’t do it alone. Come be a part of it. Join our Audio / Video Team. It’s not difficult and you don’t need to be a technical expert, just have a willingness to help. We can’t do it without you! For more information contact Bart at communications@crozetunitedmethodist.com.

If you are looking for a way to get involved with worship this can be it. It’s easy and fun. Each Sunday, we greet people arriving for worship and answer any questions that visitors might have. During service we collect the offering and open the exit doors once the service is complete. This is a great way to get to know those folks that you see but don’t know, meet visitors, and be the “face of Crozet UMC.” Come give it a try!
