This week we start a three part mini worship series based upon a sermon preached by one of Methodism’s founding fathers: John Wesley. Not since the Apostle Paul, has Christianity documented such zeal for God’s Word, Christ’s salvation, and faith in the Church. In 1744, John Wesley preached a sermon called “The Use of Money,” Wesley grounds his assertion that God intended for us to gain all that we can financially in Scripture for the divine purpose of blessing others.
