Great Expectations: Worshiping the Lord
Is there really a tie between how we worship and how we live as disciples? God’s Word in Scripture says yes! Worship is where we come into the presence of the Lord, are edified by the movement of the Holy Spirit, and begin to be transformed by the power of Christ’s love. That kind of radical transformation requires our participation and preparation. This Sunday we delved into the Bible’s take on worship, and looked at the worship traditions of Christianity over time.
