Origin Stories: Creationism
This Sunday we begin a new worship series exploring the narratives of creation. How did we come into being? How was the world created? These are questions humankind has posed and sought to answer for thousands of years and countless generations. We will delve into four different theories, some from within Christianity and some from outside its theological and doctrinal walls. We begin with Creationism, the theory that the God of the Bible created the earth and all life upon it. There are sub-categories of Creationism; nuances that either make Creationism compatible with scientific discoveries or not.
