Prayers of Adoration
Our Advent Worship series continues this week with the prayer of Hannah, a woman once barren who was blessed with a child. Her response is to pray naming the great things God has done and extolling the virtues of the Lord. Sometimes prayer is less about what we want and more about expressing our love for the God who first loves us. As we continue to look to the Bible to teach us to pray, we discover a rich treasure in naming the greatness of our God, and reveling in the truth that this same awesome God wants to know us in transformative ways.
