The Windows of Heaven
Today’s text reveals God’s anger at thinking we can squander all that we have for ourselves. God condemns the selfishness of God’s people who have been blessed to be a blessing to others. The Lord has promised to multiply the outcome of our tithes, so why do we hesitate? Let us wrestle together with the tension between tithing and meeting our financial needs. Are they mutually exclusive?
