What Now: Cling to God
Johnhilker   -

As humankind, we cling to that which we love and which brings us joy: persons we love, noble ideas, elightenling truths, and hope for a bright and beautiful future.  When this world and other people seemingly steal what we hold so precious, we find ourselves overcome with emotion and pain, like David.  David’s abrupt change after the loss of his infant child does not mean he did not truly love the child, but that David chose to turn to the only One who could help David through the pain and suffering.  We are no different today.  When we experience pain and suffering, God reveals that God is with us and for us, and we must choose to whom we shall turn for comfort and hope.
