“You Have Heard That It Was Said” Do Not Refuse Anyone Who Wants to Borrow from You
We end our Advent journey with the last of Jesus’ teachings about transforming how we respond to others. He ends where he always begins: with generosity. Radical, unparalleled generosity marks every facet of Jesus Christ, and he expects us to take up that mantle and continue the ministry. Generosity is a ministry in its altruistic kindness.
